Man I wanted to dig this song, I really did. But then again that’s been my relationship with pretty much every Feed Me track ever. This is a new deeper Feed Me unlike we’ve ever seen. This ain’t bangin’ electro Feed Me. Got made love for the Kaneholler vocals though. Got some pipes and those pipes are bound to go places.

THA TRICKAZ X CREAKY JACKALS - OG PURP (CLUB VIP)

In the world where rave is king, the current throne is held by dudes like Jauz and Ghastly. Hard rocking future house x bass house with breaks and trap influences all over. I don’t mind living in that world. This song belongs in one of their sets, and if that’s the state of rave… I fuck with it.

PEGBOARD NERDS - HEARTBIT FT. TIA SIMONE

This song is cute. A perfect EDM valentine from Pegboard Nerds to their fans. This song is big and it’s fun and it’s dumb and it’s got that same future house x bass house x wobble sound that OG Purp has and if I’m cool with it once I better be cool with it twice, right?

An-Ten-Nae, the freaky twonky bass producer out of the Bay Area, went and made it so he could play the Weekend’s "I Can’t Feel My Face" in his dark strange hip-hop sets. Of course his version he’s tripping balls and not just doing cocaine in a radio safe way.

ODESZA - IT'S ONLY FEAT ZYRA (RUFUS REMIX)

Call me an old curmudgeon, call me a sonofabitch but I’m pretty over what Odesza does. Maybe it’s because every song sounds vaguely exactly like the last one and more and more people are all like, “omg they’re the best band ever,” and they are a snore fest live. BUT I got nothing but love for their tourmates / remix artist, RUFUS or RUFUS DU SOUL. Here they add some much needed soul into "It’s Only" and turn it into a song I actually want to listen to!
