Beach Fossils were one of many coastal-themed bands to have sprang from 2010. Still, their self-titled debut LP was full of daym hooky Jazzmaster jams which helped them to stand out from the rest of those kids in surfy-reverie.

Heavenly Beat is the solo project of Beach Fossils' bassist John Pena. We're currently digging "Faithless," his new suave slice of acoustic/synth nu-yacht-rock which suddenly makes winter seem a lot less, well, wintery...
